Dianna D. McCarthy is a partner of Winget, Spadafora & Schwartzberg, LLP. Her practice includes a wide variety of litigation matters including employment law, commercial litigation and civil rights violations. She also defends professionals including attorneys, accountants, financial services industry professionals, mortgage brokers, appraisers, home inspectors, and insurance agents and brokers. Ms. McCarthy also regularly defends executives charged with allegations of wrongdoing, including claims of sexual misconduct. Ms. McCarthy earned her B.A. from Miami University. She received her J.D. from Widener University School of Law and an LL.M. in taxation from Villanova University School of Law. Ms. McCarthy is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey. Ms. Mistretta is an associate with Winget, Spadafora and Schwartzberg, LLP. Her practice focuses primarily on the defense of professionals against a wide variety of claims, including, but not limited to, malpractice, discrimination, and employment disputes. Ms. Mistretta is a graduate of College of the Holy Cross, where she earned her B.A. in political science in 2008 graduating cum laude. She received her J.D. in 2011 from University of Notre Dame Law School graduating cum laude, where she served as Production Editor for the Journal of Legislation, and competed on the Moot Court team. Ms. Mistretta is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the District of New Jersey. |
